You can’t call it a home without a great ranch dog.

Australian Shepherds give us the best of both worlds; they are the best ranch hands but also the most loving and protective family members. We have raised Australian Shepherds since 2010 and never turned back.

We decided to start breeding Australian Shepherds to help preserve the original breed. Over the years, we can see the appearances of Australian Shepherds beginning to change. Although some may argue change is good, we want to keep their original characteristics. We are not the average dog breeder; we breed one to two females a year. Our puppies typically sell quickly. So if you are interested in one, you gotta act fast.

Before the puppies are 8 weeks, we do our best to train and expose them to ranch life before they go to their forever homes. We start to potty train them, teach them to sit, stay in the yard, and we expose them to livestock and heavy machinery noises. Of course their training will need to be continued in all of these areas when they go to their new forever home.

Forever Changed Our Hearts

  • Bruiser

Bruiser has been in the family for 11 years. He was the fanciest ranch dog. For having white fur, he sure loved the mud. There was nothing he loved more than being in a vehicle. If a vehicle door was open, Bruiser was in it… even if we didn’t know the person. Bruiser was well loved by everyone - including strangers. We love you Baby Bruiser.

  • Jase

Jase had a short but well lived life. He was our most aggressive cattle dog. Jase chased strangers off the property but welcomed known guest. (The best trait of his, he secretly liked to snuggle with us when no one is watching.) He was the best running partner I could ask for as he always stayed right by side. We love you Jase-Bear.

  • Banjo

Banjo was born blind and with three toes on each paw. But he did not let that make his life any less. He memorized the layout of the house and yard, could spin 360’s like nobody’s business, and was as fast, if not faster, than the other dogs. He was the smartest dog and loved our baby since day one. We love and miss you Banji-Man.
