Q. How do I purchase items?
A.) All products that are available to order, prices, details & sizing details are available on the website. We try our best to give accurate details to help you make an informed decision on what is best for you.
Q. Will you be getting more of out of stock items?
A.) If an item is still visible on the website and listed as ‘Sold Out’, we are working on restocking this item. No, we do not have any firm delivery dates on out of stock items. No, we do not offer Pre-Orders. If an item you are looking for is not shown on the website, we no longer carry this and are unable to get it back.
Q. How do I receive restock notifications?
A.) If you would like to be notified the minute a style is restocked, you may sign up for a restock notification by clicking on ‘Email me when available’ link on that product page.
Q. How to return items that do not work for me?
A.) There is no need to notify us prior to sending your return back. There is a Return Form on the back of your Packing Slip for you to complete and include in your return. Should you not have this, you can print one out in our return policy.
Q. How do I know if an item can still be returned?
A.) You can find the full detailed Return Policy on our website.
Q. How do I get a problem fixed with my order?
A.) Should there be a problem with your order in regards to damage or receiving the wrong item, please email is within 4 days of receipt at info@flyinghorseshoe.com and we will get back with you with a Pre-Paid Return Label as soon as we can.
Q. Can I make an exchange?
A.) We do not offer exchanges. This is due to order volume & high risk of sell outs. If you are needing a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for the product before it sells out. Then follow up with the return of the original.
